Federal College of Education (Special), Oyo, University of Ibadan Degree undergraduate registration guidelines for the 2016/2017 academic session.
- . The new session commences on Monday, 9th January, 2017 for all students.
- On completion of screening, a Fresh 100/200 level student will be issued a Clearance/Authority to Pay Slip. Such student should then log on to the FCES-UI Degree Portal (fcesuidegree.com) for payment procedures. ONLY CANDIDATES WHOSE NAMES APPEAR ON THE ATTACHED ADMISSION CLEARANCE LIST ARE ADVISED TO PROCEED WITH PAYMENT PROCEDURES.
- All approved fees will be paid at once and within the stipulated deadline (See Schedule of Fees below for fees payable and exceptions permitted).

- The College Receipt issued in ‘3’ above with the Authority to Pay Slip will be used to collect Registration PIN at the Registry of the Directorate (DIDDIP).
- Students are to access the College portal with the Registration PIN in ‘4’ above and proceed with Course Registration Online.
- On completion of course registration, students are to print out the forms and make six copies.
- The completed forms are to be endorsed with the Heads of Departments in their respective Course Areas and by the Academic Programme Officers (APOs) of their respective Schools. The list of the APOs is provided below:

5) Mr. I. A. Oseni – Special Education ( Special Education)
6) Mr. O. N. Oladeji – Languages (English Language & French)
- The duly signed course forms will be submitted as follows:
- 2 copies to the Directorate
- 1 copy to each of the HODs (Major and Minor)
- 1 copy to the Academic Programme Office (Major)
- 1 copy to the student
- The deadline for registration for all FRESHERS (100/200) is Friday, 24th February, 2017. Late Registration attracts Five Thousand Naira (N5,000.00) penalty which shall be enforced on student(s). This may be reviewed at the discretion of the Directorate and all registration (including Late Registration) closes on Friday, 10th March, 2017.
- Registration for STALITES is Friday, 17th March, 2017. Late Registration attracts Five Thousand Naira (N5,000.00) penalty which shall be enforced on student(s). Late Registration closes on Friday, 31st March, 2017.
- All Direct Entry Students (yet to do so) are to inform their Schools and Colleges to forward a copy of their transcript directly to the Director, Directorate of Degree and Diploma, Federal College of Education (Special), Oyo on or before 10th March, 2017.
